- Engage stakeholders appropriately based on present influence over project and re-evaluate regularly to add, remove, and reclassify as needed.
- Teaching methodology
- Exercise 1: (15 minutes) Participants are given a scenario where they have five stakeholders. In teams of four or five people, they have a plenum discussion and on how they would classify them and why.
- Exercise 2: (10 minutes) Three new stakeholders are added, and additional information is provided. Evaluate how RACI changes given the new phase of project that is being entered.
