Improve effectiveness of virtual teamwork during the Covid-19 pandemic I conducted the training in a very condensed way, having 6 groups of approximately 20 trainees in each group in a 6-week time span. This was a challenging task for most of the managers to find time to attend training amid the pandemic. The training was successfully completed on time and judging by a very high score I got based on the post-training evaluation (4.75 out of 5 average mark), I fulfilled my client’s expectations in full. |
